Can I live as a resident in Reunion Resort?
Yes, Reunion Resort is open to residential living. Although short-term rentals are allowed throughout the Resort, we find The Homestead section to provide a more residential feel.
How big is Reunion Resort

Reunion Resort offers a range of ownership options, including Estates, luxury vacation homes, condominiums, villas, and private residences.
If I purchase a property in Reunion, do I have access to all the community pools?
If you choose not to purchase a membership plan, you will have access to 7 of the 11 community pools. If future water amenities are added, a homeowner without a membership, will not have access to the new water amenities.
What is the membership program?
There are certain amenities inside Reunion that belong to the Membership Club. These are: 3 Signature Golf courses, Water Park, 6 Community Pools/Splash Pad, Tennis and Pickleball Centre. Is there an on-site Vacation Rental Manager?
Reunion Resort has five approved on-site property management companies that provide management services for short-term vacation rental properties.

Owners interested in short-term rental management should contact one of these approved companies for information about their services, rental programs, and management agreements.
Can I manage my Reunion Property myself or hire a company other than the approved five companies?
Yes. Homeowners may choose to self-manage their vacation rental property or hire a property management company that is not one of Reunion Resort's approved on-site managers.
However, homeowners who are members of the Club should be aware of the following policy:
Guests and renters staying in a self-managed property or a property managed by a non-approved company are not eligible for access to Club amenities.
Access to Club amenities is available only to guests whose reservations are managed through one of Reunion Resort's five approved on-site property management companies.
If Club amenity access is important for your guests, you should work with one of the approved on-site property management companies.
What is the monthly HOA fee?
All fees are billed monthly:
Single Family homes from $562 - $680
Condos from $650 - $930
Townhomes from $434 - $1130
Reunion Grande from $1303 - $1843
