Having operated a property management company for nearly 20 years, we would receive feedback from guests like these 2 sections because of limited noise and golf/conservation views. The roads are limited to just community traffic as they both sit on a cul-de-sac. The majority of homes here offer open floorplans, great bed to bath ratio and in-ground pools. Some of the older model homes were built with separate in-law apartments above the garages which can make for a great fit for certain renters.
