Who can join and use the Encore Club at Reunion?
Owners at Encore, their families and relatives (including adult children) and guests can enjoy membership privileges at the Encore Club. Members may use all the facilities at the Club and are not responsible for operating or capital assessments. Members will have access to a members only web portal to access club updates, information and activities.
Can rental guests use the club facilities?
The Club will allow short-term rental guests of approved rental management companies to use the club facilities, upon payment of daily access fees and other applicable fees and charges, as per the club rules and regs.
How do I become a member, and is it optional?
To become a member of Encore club at Reunion, owners must submit to the club a fully completed and signed membership agreement and a check in the amount of the require joining fee of one thousand dollars. Owners of Encore Resort at Reunion are not subject to application and approval by the club, unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Are there any fees charged to use the amenities in the club?
Yes, the fee starts are $100 per month
How much are the HOA dues and whats included.
The HOA dues start at $787 per month. These fees include the following services:
