The Ovation and Horizon West sections of Winter Garden are the closest to Disney World as some are located just off Herzog Rd bringing you right into Disney Springs.
How long does it take to buy a house after an offer is accepted??
The time to close will vary based on several factors, but typically cash deals taking about 7-20 days to close and mortgages about 30-35 days on average.

What is the first step when purchasing a home?
You will need to decide if you will be paying in all cash or getting financing. If you will require financing your credit score should be above 660 minimum, the higher the score the better rates you typically get. So check your scores prior to applying for the mortgage so you can bring them up or dispute any errors before applying for the mortgage. Also be sure to shop around with different lenders as the rates will vary.
What should my down payment be on a house?
