Ownership can also be entirely hands-free, freeing owners from the day-to-day demands of running a rental property themselves.
Having operated a vacation home management company for nearly 20 years, past guests would always leave positive feedback about the Oasis Clubhouse and the amenities included with the rental of their home. Also mentioned was the downtown area of Championsgate that provides over a dozen restaurants and easy access to interstate 4.
Regarding the single family homes, guests would leave positive feedback about the bed to bath ratio in the Fiji model (the 6 bed w/gameroom). We found pound for pound, this to be the best model due to its size and en-suites for the money. The 8 bed models held large groups but some mentioned the lack of en-suites were troublesome at times.

For starters there is a downtown area with shopping, dining and grocery. There are several communities, the Omni Hotel and Golf Resort, Sports Courts, Walking and Biking all located off exit 58 at Interstate 4.
