Important Questions
Who owns the membership?
The membership is assigned to the home, so if you hold a membership and sell your home, the membership goes back to the club and they distribute that membership to the new homeowner if they decide to purchase one.
Can a membership be transferred if I sell my home?
Yes, the new homeowner will have to pay a fee of $3,000
What if the home I am purchasing does not have a membership? Can I still buy one?
No, if the home you does not currently hold one, one cannot be purchased.
If I decide to lease my home long term, can the lessee use my membership?
Yes, for a $200 fee
Can my extended family use the club amenities?
Yes, parents, adult children, grandparents, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the Member and spouse will also be entitled to use the Club Facilities as a guest of the Member upon payment of the preferred guest fees.
