A major appeal of Masters Landing is its proximity to Reunion's Waterpark, located just over the bridge about a half mile. The majority of the homes here overlook golf or pond views which are the desires of most people. There are numerous estates here, a few vacant lots available to build your own home and steps to the restaurant at the Nicklaus Clubhouse.
Investment & Short-Term Rental Experience.
Having operated a property management company for nearly 20 years, we would receive feedback from guests mentioning that they like the views here, mentioning the privacy. We saw many repeat renters because of this fact. They also liked how it was walking distance to the Resort waterpark. Another review frequently mentioned was the access to highway 429 that gives people direct ability to get to Disney World and Orlando with minimal traffic. Other reviews we had was some mentioned the "humming" noise at times from Interstate 4 but nothing bad enough to keep them from returning.
